What Nautilus Certified means
☑ 15-point mechanical inspection
Water pump, gear case oil, lower unit seals, power trim/tilt, throttle and shift engagement, electrical systems, starter, stator, wiring harness, saltwater flush passages, cowl integrity, and more — checked and documented.
☑ Compression test on every cylinder
We record PSI readings for each cylinder and include them in the inspection report. Even compression across cylinders is the single best indicator of a healthy powerhead — you see the actual numbers, not just a pass/fail.
☑ Full test run — cold start to wide open throttle
Every motor is run from a cold start through idle, mid-range, and full throttle. We verify smooth RPM progression, clean idle, and proper shift engagement in forward and reverse.
☑ Signed inspection report ships with every motor
You receive a complete, signed inspection report documenting all 15 checkpoints, compression readings, inspector notes, and test run results. Not just our word — a paper record.
